Pegasus Grille

The Pegasus Grille is a full bar & grille open exclusively to Club members and their guests for pre & post golf dining. As a member of The Colts Neck Golf Club you will have the opportunity to enjoy the full services of our Food & Beverage offerings and courteous staff. We take great pride in providing a quality experience to all of our members in a relaxed family-style atmosphere. On Friday or Saturday night from 5:00 to 8:30 pm visit your home course and enjoy the culinary creations of Chef Bill Z and staff.

Executive Chef  Bill Zinckgraf, a 1989 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, has over five years of experience working in fine New York City establishments such as the St. Regis Hotel and the Plaza Hotel. He also has over ten years experience as Executive Chef right here in New Jersey at the Main Street Bistro in Freehold, Sogno in Red Bank and Tosca in Kenilworth.

Chef Bill brings a vast array of experience and knowledge that is emphasized in the use of fresh and high quality ingredients. A basic lunch menu is enhanced by creativity, precise use and proper execution of ingredients to deliver a delicious meal for all. Dinner served Friday and Saturday nights, consists of creative specialties using only the freshest ingredients available for those evenings. The Club offers seasonal wine tastings from vineyards around the world paired with delicacies to tantalize your palate.

Pegasus Pavilion

Pegasus Pavilion is our state of the art gazebo, outfitted with ceiling fans, speakers, and skylights.  Come see the newest addition to the Colts Neck Golf Club, and relax in the shade with a great meal and a cold drink!
